Custom Inline & Instantaneous Venturi Heating Solutions
Morris Ejector Technologies design, manufacture and supply a range of inline instantaneous steam injection heaters designed on a case by case basis to meet the requirements of your specific application .
Inline instantaneous heaters are a venturi devices which allow steam to be injected directly into a fluid to allow it to be heated within the process pipeline.
A - Type Instantaneous Heaters
- Used for heating water or other Newtonian fluids 'instantaneously' within a pipeline.
- Designed for use where the heating steam pressure is less than or equal to the pressure of the water to be heated.
- For heating fluids by greater than 30 degC per pass. Multiple sized heaters can be installed in series and in parallel to obtain the required level of heating and to accommodate for a range of operating flowrates.
B - Type Instantaneous Heaters
- Used for heating water or other Newtonian fluids 'instantaneously' within a pipeline where the heating steam pressure is greater than the pressure of the water to be heated.
- Can achieve up to 30 degC of heating per pass. If greater heating is required the liquid to be heated can be passed through the heater multiple times until the correct temperature is achieved.
- Multiple sized heaters can be installed in series and in parallel to obtain the required level of heating.
